Join us for an introduction to the mechanics of your unique design! If you’ve been considering taking a deeper dive with our classes but didn’t know how to start, this workshop is the perfect place to begin!
In this workshop, we are talking about your primary energy and the basis for correct decision-making process. (Hint: It’s not your MIND!) This foundational class is the first key to unlocking the full potential of your unique self.

In 2021 & 2022, we offered a 5-month workshop series called Lifecycle. For 2024, we decided to offer Lifecycle in bits & pieces hoping to attract more people to try it out and learn about their design. This workshop is what we consider to be the “Intro Workshop” to knowing and aligning with your design. While you do not have to take this workshop to take our other classes, it’s information that once armed with, helps you navigate the rest of your design. We are planning on offering this workshop a few times throughout 2024.

Tailored for beginners, this class offers a comprehensive introduction to the foundational elements of Human Design: Type, Strategy, and Decision-Making Authority. Whether you’re seeking to deepen your understanding of yourself, improve your relationships, or make aligned decisions, the knowledge of this workshop will be a valuable guide.
- Understanding of Human Design: Grasp the origins, principles, and significance of this intricate system that merges astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah, chakra system, and quantum physics.
- The Five Energy Types: Dive deep into the characteristics, roles, and potentials of the Manifestor, Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, and Reflector. Discover the unique aura, energy dynamics, and purpose of each type.
- Decision-Making Strategies: Learn about the specific strategies associated with each type, empowering you to navigate life with greater ease, clarity, and authenticity.
- Practical Application: Engage in interactive exercises and discussions, translating the knowledge into actionable insights for your daily life.
- Personal Chart Overview: Familiarize yourself with the basic components of your Human Design chart and learn how to find information and interpret your own.
PREREQUISITE:
- To benefit fully from our workshops, attendees should have access to their accurate birth time information. However, for this intro workshop, Jen can run your chart for a few times in the day and narrow down your Type, Strategy, and Authority. Some of the more advanced workshops will need an exact birth time.
- You do not need to have taken any other workshop with us to take this class. This is the introductory workshop!
- This workshop will give you a solid foundation for our other Navigating Your Design workshops.

- Working with us is a unique experience. We are not teachers in a traditional sense but rather guides who illuminate the path and are here to walk with you for added support on your personal journey of self-discovery.
- We LOVE doing in-person workshops that bring people physically together. Being in-person means you are physically IN OUR AURAS as well as EACH OTHER’S AURAS! You experience what “COSMIC DESIGN” can feel like in real time.
- We genuinely care about you and want to see you succeed and grow! FYHG provides an ongoing support system of workshops and group activities to help support this growth and propel you into becoming your best individual self.
- Anita carries a Leftness approach (focused & bite size) to sharing while Jen carries a Rightness approach (abstract & big-picture). While we think and express our thoughts very differently with how we share information, our general approach is the “Influencing Messenger” who is here to make you think and see outside the box.
- We share a lot of information in our workshops that require you to think about yourself in ways you may never have done before. This brings the initial stage of Awareness where Conscious Decisions and real change can occur.
- We bring more practical guidance to help you implement all the information you receive. Our mission is to support you in making decisions that align with your authentic self, enabling tangible and meaningful change in your life.
